It is difficult to know where to start. - Lies Management lies to customers and staff. Abzena started GMP manufacturing without 50% of the resources it needed to do that. It promised Customers delivery dates that anyone with more than 2 years of experience would know couldn't be met. - Space The facility is inadequate for the work that needs to be done. The labs are not big enough there is not enough office space. -Falsifying Data, management condones this. In fact, the current head of manufacturing was promoted after leading a campaign where the batch had to be rejected because the client noted the fabricated date in the Batch record -Treating staff like they are worthless. Thus the high turn over. -Upper management seems not to understand that without folks to do the work the work will not get done. -No amenities, The break room is large enough for maybe 6 people, over 100 are on site.

There were fatal errors made in scaling this company after the PE group took over that I don’t think can be fixed. Amazing leaders who have been successful all their careers are getting chewed up and spit out left and right. The C-Suite will say that it’s because this is a startup. But that is disingenuous considering the individual sites have been around for over a decade. It’s just a bad excuse for horrible leadership. This company will bring you nothing but pain and sorrow.
