Many projects and opportunities to learn and develop personally and scientifically. Working environment improved considerably in the last 6 months . A friendly and supportive environment to enable professional development for the right minded individuals

Cons

Fast paced environment means this would not be the place for people who are not self-starters or more independent minded - at all levels. Scale of projects means work/life balance can sometimes be compromised.
