A lot to learn from both a scientific ans business point of view. A lot of equipment, very nice colleagues in all teams. Fast opportunity to grow, and managers are aware of your efforts. The science is also interesting, even though limited due to the client-oriented nature of the work. For an early carrier, it's a very good company. The level of pressure was okay; it comes more by the clients rather than by the line managers.

Dedicated staff, everyone is welcoming. I have found the management/senior management all approachable, honest, and open. I enjoy interacting with a wide variety of groups locally and globally. From looking at the history of the company and the growth I have seen. The company is doing very well and I can only see a bright future. The current staff are very knowledge (as you would expect). The new recruits appear hungry and motivated. Also not knowing everyone personally, Abzena has a good diversity. Situated on the Babraham Campus which offers a lot.
