One of the main things that attracted myself to Abzena was their growing reputation for developing complex medicines, particularly ADCs, AOCs and RDCs. Learning about these, and talking about them has allowed new skills to develop. They could not do this without a committed team of incredible scientific experts who represent some of the best talent in a competitive industry - who all love working for the company. There is a real purpose to what Abzena do to move complex medicine forward to patients in need. Its great to be a part of their story, sharing what Abzena's scientists ca do with new and existing global customers.

Cons

There are no cons that I have found so far working for Abzena. Everyone is aligned to our mission to move medicine forward.

Pros

Been with the company less than a year and find it to be a good company to work for. The employees in Bristol are very friendly and helpful. The work environment is peaceful. Everyone here is a team player and work well together. This company offers excellent benefits with affordable cost share, above average paid time off, and a decent match on their 401k. This company provides a very thorough onboarding experience, great pay, and training opportunities. I consider Abzena a great place to work.
