Cons

Uncertainty Due to Client Dependencies -As a CDMO, much of the business relies on the projects and timelines of external clients. This dependency on customer demand and the unpredictability of client timelines could create uncertainty in workload and revenue projections.

Almost all of the staff is a pleasure to work with on a daily basis. There is a clear vision and goal for the organization.

TOXIC AND OVERWORKED

Pros

Ability to wear many hats allows room for growth. A lot of floor workers are great (not all but most!)

Cons

Leadership and management are extremely toxic. Highly overworked and they compensate employees who don't do anything ! Abzena as a whole has a high turn over and has never had or kept a good HR (even today). They lie about career development and too many managers on a power trip! Abzena as a whole is a joke and like high school!
