Pros

Flexbile schedule and the ability to cross train with numerous amounts of bioassays. Pay for my former role was competitive considering the location in San Diego. Direct supervisor was a great lead.

Cons

Unfair disciplinary actions in result of conducting extremely biased internal QA audits from personnel who lack the foundational knowledge of the testing/sampling procedures to truly understand the methodologies and functional errors that can occur with devices and instrumentation in the laboratory. But of course, the unfortunate circumstances that occurred was impotent considering the new VP has no true understanding of the assays with addition to unqualified QA conducting their internal review.

The people here are fun to be around with since you see eye to eye.

Cons

It’s all about the image people. Cut the people that matters since they question everything. Management are scared of people that TRYING to make things right.

great ADC company for discovery and development programs.

Cons

terrible executive management! no continuity. they fired the number one sales guy and all their proposal coordinators within a week of each other... this is a terrible organization with so much turnover it's not funny... buyer beware!
