Cons

- No culture, no identity. - Executives don't listen to the employees, which result in extremely high turnover and a very negative atmosphere. - Leadership team has changed many times in the past year. - Every project has a band aid on it, clients usually end up disappointed. - No clear promotion path.

People at San Diego site are great.benefits are pretty good. If you want to get a foot in the door. a good place to start.

Cons

People from other sites and newer people are creating a competitive, stressful and toxic work environment. Always be on the lookout to defend yourself and your coworkers Too busy to actually take any of the PTO offered

This was one of the worst places I've ever worked. The company culture was so toxic and the management was totally incompetent. The benefits were decent but not worth the soul sucking feeling of dread I experienced every day I was employed here. The work-life balance was awful and I put in way more work than I was scoped for and worked more weekends than I had off.

Everything. The management is terrible and the people are totally incompetent
