Pros

Free drinks & snacks when stocked, talented people below management

Cons

Management is out for themselves and unclear with expectations, project managers are made to over promise and under deliver to their clients due to lack of support and communication within the company, this company is behind in technology for ecommerce sites, clients are always leaving, small clients are being on boarded, work from home is not really acceptable unless you have an in with management, pay is low compared to other companies

Pros

Excellent group of people! Many opportunities to learn from great minds in the industry. Busy but the flexibility and trust from management is invaluable. A great company!

Cons

Workload can be heavy, but it's a very supportive team and everyone helps each other out.

Pros

Truly awesome group of people. Awesome management. Great culture. Senior/lead devs are exceptional. Flexible hours (as long as you do a good job you have a lot of autonomy), Good benefits (snacks, drinks, PTO).

Cons

No 401k until 1 year or something. Can be very busy at times (although they are working on fixing this). Tight dead lines. Pay could be better. No git.
