      Pros

      Remote work is nice for us that live in rural areas.

      Cons

      The CTO is an actual child. He's a 30-year old, uneducated child that just happens to know his way around a computer. He's directly responsible for multiple team members leaving for a multitude of reasons, but not limited to harassment and missing paychecks.

      Pros

      Acadaca is an awesome place to work! Every single day you feel like valued and like you are part of the bigger picture. Everyone at the company is incredible to work with and you can really tell that leadership actually cares about your well being! It is amazing to be part of such a supportive and hardworking team :)

      Cons

      Nothing I can really think of. Acadaca has such an an awesome and inclusive company culture that it's something that's missed since we've gone remote.

      You'll get out of it what you put in - mostly.

      Cons

      Crab mentality. Subjugation. Micromanagement. Mismanagement. Ineptitude. Negative atmosphere. Overworked, underpaid staff. Dom/Sub relationships abound. Management very heavily plays favorites. Corporate health plan which is MORE expensive that what you'd find on your own (lolwut)
