Small company, so there's easy access to leadership, and you can get your ideas in front of the right people to make changes

Cons

Remote work can be both a pro and a con. We have an amazing team that we never get to see.

Remote work is nice for us that live in rural areas.

Cons

The CTO is an actual child. He's a 30-year old, uneducated child that just happens to know his way around a computer. He's directly responsible for multiple team members leaving for a multitude of reasons, but not limited to harassment and missing paychecks.
