      Pros

      At first, I was enjoying the busy life and was just accepting all the workload that's coming my way. I learned a lot from them but then I also learned my limits.

      Cons

      They would take advantage every employee who didn't know how to complain. I was once like that until one day, I realize my worth and that I was being taken advantage of.

      Sometimes we were given free stuff and other perks at work.

      Cons

      None of your hard work and effort will be rewarded nor even if you've done an outstanding job. Everything is seen as a responsibility and that the outcome of your work should not less than great.
