Pros

There are some good people and the schools have been improving academically and did well this last year.

Cons

Nothing is ever enough. Main goal is profit and filling a classroom with as many students as possible. I heard it joked from a C level executive that they better never hear of one of their classes having under 35 students.

Pros

Flexible deadlines- was asked to sub during planning period most of the time so paperwork deadlines were often extended. Decent pay Amazing staff and coworkers

Cons

-Expectations change so fast that even management could not keep up. -Tons and tons of paperwork . - very disruptive students, - teachers were expected to handle discipline by themselves for the most part - large class sizes with no teachers aids - overcrowded classrooms
