      Good people, good chance of in company promotions.

      Cons

      High and pressured sales goals. Branch managers are not treating employees fairly and are getting away with it, due to their relationship and lies to HR and regional management.

      Pros

      In the last 3 years, I have seen a really positive culture change. Our executives are great listeners and constantly encourage feedback from Associates. We just did a substantial pay raise for our hourly Associates as well. I have had a lot of opportunity to move up in the company in the short time that I've been here.

      Cons

      Communication used to be poor between the Associates and mid to upper Management but it has improved greatly.
