Cons
-This company will brag about record-breaking profits made off your back, then give terrible raises because they "can't afford to" meanwhile building another branch location. -High health insurance deductibles. -Lackluster communication between management and upper management in corporate. -Didn't matter that I was hourly, my boss frquently contacted me outside of work hours early morning before work or late evening. No work/life balance. -This is a second chance bank in retail so depending on which location you work, you will have to deal with less than ideal bank customers. I felt I was not paid enough to get yelled at over the littlest things out of my control. -In some branches, you just stand there and direct customers to use an automated video teller machine which makes it awkward and causes tension if the customer doesn't want to. -Understaffed due to budget? Laziness? Miscommunication? Guess I'll never know.
