Pros

If you work to the point of exhaustion and never seeing your family, and can handle stress and abuse from your employers, the money is great. Good incentives if you reach the goals. Good starting place to move forward in your banking career.

Cons

Mental and emotional abuse from your employer is common. Hours are long. They do not care about their customers, everything is "Sell Sell Sell". If you go out of your way to try to help a client, you are yelled at because you might have missed 15 minutes of one of the 3 conference calls a day. Turn-over is ridiculous because nobody likes or can handle the treatment they receive.
