Some of the people are nice.

Cons

You will work long hours, weekends, and holidays with little to no vacation. The management is terrible. I have seen 4 crews come and go within a year. I am currently training new management. They rarely promote from within. There is little to no room for advancement. Sales, sales, sales

Pros

It's inside Walmart so you can do all your shopping when you get a chance.

Cons

They don't value employees. They worry about the number of account you have to hit every time. They don't train you enough so you have to pretty much learn along the way and you're lucky if the branch manager is there to help you learn too.
