      Pros

      Academy Bank is an up and coming bank. There is room for a lot of personal career growth. You work salary + commission so you really get to write your own paycheck.

      Cons

      Very sales based. Also located inside Walmart. Although the foot traffic is great for marketing and sales, you deal with the stereotypical "Walmart type"

      Possibility to make big incentive if you are out going. Hours are very flexible and not much boss interaction in person

      Cons

      Very little training. Just thrown into the mix. Systems crash frequently and no immediate help for problems. Everything is slow through email
