Pros

You do get training for just about everything there is to do at a bank, other than working a drive through since the in-store branches do not have them. You can eat just about anything for lunch since you're inside of Walmart.

Cons

It is super easy to get fired due to depositing a bad check into someone's account. The longer hours suck and you work a lot of federal holidays since they are in-store locations. The upper management is terrible at motivating branches to succeed. You have sales goals that if not met, will also get you fired. The upper level management is terrible.

Pros

Got to work well with customers. Commission is a plus. Opportunities for advancement. Provides good foundation for jobs in the future.

Cons

Extremely hard push on sales. For some that's a good thing, but I never felt as if my job there was secure despite consistently meeting sale goals (hence me leaving the bank).
