      Pros

      To learning you get to see a verify of different clients at ever step of life. I will miss my clients and the relationships I made along the way.

      Cons

      They are very much a corporation and lead by procedures and I have seen amazing people step down and stepped away. nothing ever works right, they are going to the Digital ITM's instead of making strong personal banking connection to all business.
