Pros

My direct management has always been fantastic and allowed me to work independently and be self sufficient. Work/life balance is important to them as well and has made my experience fantastic.

Cons

Pay is always one that banks can work on. Minimum starting isn't always sufficient without meeting sales incentives.

Employees are not supported. Middle mgmt not held to account, and often coast, not understanding the work output of their departments.
