The pay was decent. Gained a lot of experience and mental health nursing. Was offered opportunities for advancement. plenty of overtime.

Cons

The culture of the place is census driven rather than patient centered. I had several safety concerns that were not taken seriously. many of my coworkers were physically assaulted.

Director was nice & training was just ok had to wing it sometimes until I finally said something

Cons

HR nor mgmt+director did not care to listen about another manager having favoritism and not wanting to listen to what could increase revenue from an experienced rep only because I came in entry level, however had way more experience than 9/10 of their employees at an outside corporate office
