Great staff and coworkers but that’s about it

Cons

Low wages, no work life balance, complicated processes and systems, horrific IT department, impossible to get a raise, no room for growth, executive leadership is absolutely useless, lots of departments with lengthy response times

Love the team and the people I work with, there jus aren't enough of us.
