Acadia Healthcare has no pros. It is a horrible company to be employed at.

Cons

1. Accounting management is racist. 2. There is only 1 African American in that department. Everyone else in that department is Caucasian. 3. Department provides only 1% of training. If you make mistakes because they did not show you the ropes, they will refuse responsibility and blame you for everything. 4. Pays non-managing employees peanuts for what they are actually worth.
