      Pros

      Expierence there are no other pros.

      Cons

      Management is terrible lackluster at best. Trust me no one cares about you. Have to pester management just to get anything done. Second lowest paying company in the region. They will run you to the ground and burn out quickly. High and I mean extremely high turn around. Everyone who was here when I started is gone. Never get off on time and it’s not because of an emergency but for a transfer. Look y’all trust me when I tell you this place has many and I mean many problems morale is at an all time low that’s why everyone is leaving. Get your experience and get out.

      Pros

      Get to work with some really great people. Definitely not everyone is great, but enough to where I will really miss them when I leave. Pay for 12 hour shifts is pretty good, and the ESOP/401k is really good.

      Cons

      A LOT of favoritism. If you want to work 60-70 hrs a week, you'll love it and the supervisors will love you . . . until that first time you don't take an extra shift, then they suddenly forget all the favors you did for them. Being lazy, having a bad attitude, not providing good patient care, all of these are forgiven for an employee that will pick up extra shifts. Pay for 24 hr shifts is terrible.
