Great company and benefits. The company is employee owned so you can invest in company stocks after you have been with he company for a year. Company was great to work for simple because of the employees you get to work with. Had lots of fun and learned a lot.

Cons

Some Operation managers have poor attitudes and talk horrible about other employees with other employees. If you are new you will not have a set schedule more than likely or you will not work with a paramedic for a while.

Acadian has a great ESOP program as well as a great friendly working environment. Competitive pay.

Cons

Had to work very long hours and drive ambulances even if I felt I was not alert/awake enough to be able to drive and be 100 % alert on the roads
