Good Old Boy System but Exceptional Company Overall with great medics and people

Excellent and innovative company Good Opportunity for advancement and expansion into other areas of the company Good pay Excellent Benefits There are exceptional ground level, field and management workers in the company that have a strong work ethic, strong sense of right and wrong and just plain good people

Cons

Difficult to get management to listen to ideas, problems etc good old boy system in place although there has been improvement When issues arise there is a strong move to just cover them up or to ignore the issues Morale was poor and getting worse Management is not in touch with the reality of what goes on in the company

I was a job, had a few cool people, but for the most part, had a bunch of shady, power hungry cut throats that will do anything to get ahead.

Too many to list. Do yourself a favor and get a real job.
