Tons of over time opportunity, flexible work schedules, and really good about working with employees that are students. They will try to accommodate your school schedule. After one year of employment, you are eligible for full time benefits, including stock in the company. They will match your 401k contributions with stock in the company which you can take with you if you ever leave the company, at a vested percentage depending on your number of years

Cons

There are no promotions if you are not paramedic. People are promoted based on friendships more than qualifications
