12 hour shifts Decent pay

Cons

The management shows extreme favoritism towards their favorite employees. Even though the PFS’s are treated better than most employees they are used to do the majority of the OM and OC’s job. If a PFS or employee doesn’t dedicate their life to the job and “bleed green” then they are exiled from the clique. If you want to move up consider work/life balance a foreign concept.
