Pros

Well cleaned units with constant supplies

Cons

The company is all about making money. They promised they just culture environment but you're constantly look down upon if anything negative happens. They're more about making money than rather the medicine. And they will work employees to death.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits, overtime opportunities, employee retirement plan (ESOP), free training and re-certifications, seven days off during a two week period (2-2-3 rotation schedule with ever other weekend off).

Cons

Favoritism and full of clique. Dispatch will take care of the crews that they like, but will not help the crews they don't like. Punishments are not always consistent. The punishment maybe more severe from one employee to another. Fire-hungry management. Ugly green uniform.
