I guess they pay alright compared to other companies.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, everyone is miserable because they hate their jobs and as such they treat you awful. Management see you as replaceable. The regional operations manager is a creep towards women. Management do not treat you as a person. You are a $ sign, work you to the bone so they can go on vacations every weekend while you struggle to feed yourself. Spread themselves so thin that they drop contracts left right and center since they can't manage it all.
