In my opinion Accela is a really good place to work. Its a growing company that has cornered a niche market. Also, they give employees a lot of autonomy and trust. And lastly, the knowledge base and training is excellent. These people really know what they're doing and they love what they do.

Cons

The benefits could be better but its a private company so that's the nature of private companies. Also, they expect a lot of their employees so don't think its an easy path. you have to work your butt off.

I am working with Accela Middle East for 8 years and I really feel happy and secure because of the great advantages that Accela offered me during those years.
