Joining Accelevation has been great. From day one, the team has been incredibly supportive—there’s a true sense of collaboration and shared ambition. You’re encouraged to move fast, speak up, and make an impact, which is rare to find at this scale. The new office space is beautiful—modern, fresh, and built with both productivity and creativity in mind. There’s an entrepreneurial spirit here everywhere you turn. People are empowered to solve problems, pitch ideas, and actually see them implemented.
Cons
Things move fast. If you’re looking for a place with tons of structure or slow decision-making this this is not it. But if you thrive in a build-as-you-go, high-trust environment, you’ll do well here. Lots of new faces all the time, Would be good to see an org chart and know what all the teams are responsible for.
