Great people in the company that are very smart. The company is growing very quickly which give most people opportunity to expand their position outside of regular job duties and learn more. Most manager are willing to hire people that are light on experience but great on attitude. There is a good work life balance.

Cons

Because of the growth it can be overwhelming at times, but there is good support from management and they understand that you are only one person.

Continuously seeks ways to improve processes, and values critical thinking and feedback from every person from production floor to office.

Cons

Every place has challenges. The recent mergers of several companies creates organizational shifts that require adaptability, learning new ways of doing things, and embracing cultural changes. Accelevation has done a great job of minimizing those challenges, and creating a new culture with a one-team mentality.
