Pros

Love my client executive. She is super great in helping me with property relationships and generating referral sales. My manager is also super helpful anytime I have questions or problems. He really cares about helping me grow as a individual and succeed at my job which is quite different than my last manager.

Cons

More cross market support and trainings.

Pros

My manager is awesome! She is open with me about clients struggles and day-to-day issues since she did my job before. I have a ton of flexibility and the job is very easy and fulfilling.

Cons

They can flex more control over the client expectations.

Hi - I think you wrote another review before/after; This one sound similar to anther one submitted on the same day from a Pittsburgh employee... I know Glassdoor takes some time to post the reviews after they were submitted. Anyway, thanks for your review! Glad to hear your client account executive and Accelion manager are great to work with!

Hi - Thanks for your review! I will say that in San Diego we (in working with our client) over-anticipated demand and did not have enough work initially which ultimately required us to reduce territory sizes. Obviously, this is not ideal for Accelion or it's employees but we do have to try and satisfy client demands and generally our collective forecasts are correct; unfortunately this was not the case when we first entered and expanded in the Sothern California market. Thankfully these initial teething issues are now resolved. Be well!
