Pros

This is a small company with a big heart. Management is very caring and engaging in and outside of work. The company is organized and provided flexiable scheduling and devices for work (phone, tablet, laptop etc.).

Cons

The company doesn't provide company vehicles for property visits but they do pay for your gas.

Thanks for your review! The first two sentences of your pros are the best compliment we could ever receive. We really appreciate you expressing this sentiment, it means a great deal to us! I do wish we could provide company vehicles to Territory Managers in certain territories that require more travel (larger geography) however we have to balance the cost of company vehicles (which are quite expensive to insure) with the overall business needs being that most territories are small (don't require significant driving) or don't require a car at all (public transit is more viable). I do appreciate your feedback on this issue either way as we know that vehicle and fuel costs have been rising quite precipitously since the beginning of the pandemic.

Pros

Basically working from home. Your "office" are your property visits and YOU schedule them. Flexible work/life balance AMAZING Management Weekly meeting with management/co-founder. No sales experience necessary If you're a people person, this job is for you. WEEKLY Base and Commission pay I got hired during the Covid-19 Pandemic, this job is reliable.

Cons

Not really a con, but if you are not people/customer service oriented, this is not a position for you. This job is about building/maintaining relationships with property staff and customers.

Thank you for your review. You are correct that the majority of the roles in our company (and all those that are client facing) do require an outgoing and personable individual to excel. That said, we have helped many self described "introverts" break out of their shell and perform amazingly well (we have numerous examples currently in the company and several in senior leadership). We attribute this success to these individuals willingness to grow and step outside of their comfort zone. We believe in the adage that you can teach the skill but not the will; and these employees had the will to succeed.

Pros

Great area manager who is supportive , listen and is attentive. Awesome work-life balance. It's not your ordinary sales job. You have to be a very highly motivated, self-sufficient and organize person because you have a flexible schedule that if you don't manage well will not show in numbers. The company provides everything you need to succeded ( marketing supplies, laptops, tablets, cell phones, and training)! Great additional benefits like insurance, paid/ sick time off.

Cons

I really had to think about this. You are required to do up to 4 events weekly ( depending on the season) and there is no mileage reimbursement for the events.

Thank you for your review. It’s feedback like yours that makes our company better. We continue to look at ways to lean in to digital resources to more productively execute various parts of our employee's role to ensure we are working smarter and not harder. Based on your feedback, and that of other employees in your role, we’ve reduced the maximum required number of events.
