3yHi, Thanks for your review! I appreciate you for recognizing that we try to work with our employees. We have added several programs in the last few years (outlined in the employee handbook) and we are always open to making reasonable accommodations to help our employees when appropriate. The retail brand ambassador position does have fixed hours so your con is certainly fair.

5yThank you for your review. We try our best to be as open and honest as possible with our folks throughout all levels of the organization. Transparency has become a somewhat overused term in many institutions but we truly strive towards this goal. Integrating performance and expectation conversations in to our day-to-day operations is part of our structure and it's important that these conversations are 2-way. I'm glad to hear that your Manager is putting these values in action.
