Pros

Accelion is a good company that cares for its people. It offers great benefits: paid/sick time off, insurance, Short term disability, 401k, work-life balance and flexible hours. Management cares and it shows! CEO Justin is very involved.

Cons

Team leaders are not held accountable or lead by example. Growth within the company takes time since the company itself is still growing.

Pros

Accelion hired me shortly after I had my daughter. Although they were in need of a full-time recruiter, they hired me on part-time so that I can be home with my daughter 2-3 days per week. It was clear to me then and is still clear to me now that the management staff here values their employees (and their families)! Since I’ve been employed here (6 months), I’ve felt like I have become a part of another family all together. From the gatherings outside of work to the casual conversations that I have with the company’s owner, there hasn’t been a moment where I felt like an employee. Don’t get me wrong, the work here is challenging and the training is continuous - it’s just nice to feel valued as a part of the team.

Cons

The benefits are great for a small company, but could offer a 401k or even educate employees on retirement options.

Thank you for the review. We do offer a 401k (through ADP). Please reach out to HR for more details. Accelion did opt to offer a service to our employees through our 401k provider called "AI Advisor" which will help educate and guide you on retirement options and recommendations using artificial intelligence.

Hi, Thanks for your review! I agree with your assessment; thankfully we have been working since March on a new tech stack to better support you. Our goal is to also reduce some of the repetitive daily tasks (especially on the CRM side with leads tasks). I'm sure there will be some teething issues at first but the new platforms are far more flexible that our current stack which should help improve user experience and reliability. Thanks again and be well! :)
