Pros

Pay is ok, benefits are ok

Cons

Terrible upper management that talks about quality but really it's about quantity Cut a lot of cool programs that made the hospice a really good one. Took the heart out of hospice. Underfunded/set local offices up to fail

Pros

Great training program and amazing preceptors/mentors! Somewhat flexible schedule

Cons

Caseload can be heavy. Territories are not always well defined. You have to find your visit coverage when you request time off. Management is always changing.

Hello- Thanks for your review. Our policies are that employees must follow the company's process for requesting time off but that requirement does not include employees finding their own visit coverage. I've sent this claim to the HR leader in Minnesota, so we can be sure that managers are following company policy,

Pros

Decent insurance, pay was okay.

Cons

Director and clinical manager are the most unprofessional people I have ever met in a leadership role. They also do nothing to benefit the branch except for attend meetings and cover call for the weekends.
