Professional and Caring Company who put patient care #1 and gives employees the tools, training and opportunity to help care for patients in a work environment that strives to improve quality of care and service as well as promote care and compassion with patients and employees.

great place to work

Pros

I work in the hospice side in Beaumont, TX and everyone I work with so far has been great. My Director is very helpful and understanding and upbeat, she also treats everyone the same with kindness and respect.

Cons

The only con for me is that I would like to work full time with benefits and they don't really need LVN here full time. I came from Florida where they allowed LPN to do a lot more and did crisis care also.
