Pros

This company has a lot going for them. I really liked the clinical supervisor. They do a great job of training their employees.

Cons

I did not have enough work. Luckily I had a second job. I would go long periods of time without even hearing from the company. I have worked for 3 different home health companies and I find that communication is a problem with all of them.

The work with clients is rewarding.

Cons

This company advertises this job stating the obvious, that you'll receive compensation mileage & drive time between clients, as we drive our own vehicles, but now they straight up will NOT give you what they claim, you only are given miles or drive time, not both, as should be.

Pros

Offer a $4,000 sign on bonus but they make sure to treat you bad enough to leave before you get it

Cons

The company abuses their employees to the point they have to quit because they keep you on the road riving to far off patients. I have recorded 200 miles a day for 5 patients. The mileage and the pay do not offset the coast of transportation expenses. The company does not seem to care about their employees at all and the patients suffer because of the very poor management.
