      Pros

      Overall leadership has good vision to keep our company headed on the right path to continue outstanding patient care and financial strength (ie. job stability).

      Cons

      Limited therapy leadership positions, but they are growing in number.

      Pros

      Good communication with schedulers and clinical supervisors, they are always helpful. Good pay rate Paid Mileage Schedule flexibility if PT or PRN

      Cons

      Too high of productivity standard if FT, little communication from ED, yearly performance evals are not employee specific...they are completed as a formality, no recognition for job well done, staff come and go (quit) without any mention, rules are not enforced regarding call ahead scheduling and nurses often just show up during therapy's scheduled visits, i get frequent patient comments from patients that they have no idea why there are on nursing service when all they do is check vitals (longstanding complaint that seems to never be addressed). Frequent nursing staff turnaround.

      Pros

      Excellent clinical team dedicated to exceptional care, and strong team work.

      Cons

      Some scheduling issues, but from my experience is part of the home health "animal". Also it may take a while for new employees to familiarize themselves with office staffing roles/model.
