      Unlimited vacation time and flexible schedule to an extent

      Cons

      Micromanaged, restricted in performing job duties with multiple phone calls and meetings from upper management asking for updates, very high expectations.

      Focused on quality, communication, great support for our nurses. Good benefits. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Hard to hire nurses in this competitive area (SF Bay) with home care pay rates often set by regional centers or Medi-Cal.
