Focused on quality, communication, great support for our nurses. Good benefits. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Hard to hire nurses in this competitive area (SF Bay) with home care pay rates often set by regional centers or Medi-Cal.

Pros

Wonderful company to work for

Cons

Able to make own schedule. Just revamped commission plan (could still use some improvement). Company credit card. Small territory that allows me to get in front of docs in timely manner

Pros

One of the better paying home health agencies in the area, lots of autonomy, there are a lot of good clinicians to work with who care about their patients

Cons

Office staff is overworked so there is not much support for field clinicians, scheduling is hit or miss, and work expectations are not very clear (point goals)
