Pros

This company had helped me growth tremendously during my time here. They have been supportive through all the ups and downs. They believe in continuous improvement and never claim to be perfect. This is the kind of company where you can truly come and make a difference. Love the people I work with!

Cons

The healthcare industry can be a tough industry when you are heavily regulated. Sometimes these regulations make things challenging for companies to operate as efficiently or as effectively as we would like and invest more back into the employees. I'd say continue to find ways to do this despite these challenges!

Benefits are above average for this industry, I have worked in the In-Home Care field for 15-yrs and have the best paid time off than any other company. Health insurance is lacking but it is made up for with 401-K, dental, and vision. Growing company in a diverse industry from non-medical to skilled services throughout the US.

There is no pros for this company only a pay check

Cons

This company as just settle a lawsuit for not paying there staff correctly. State has come in because they can't staff patients. Correctly they hire office staff with unethical background and they lie to patient families about the care of service they will receive
