      Company has good benefits, pay rate is good, you get two floating holidays a year, accrue PTO every pay period, open lines of communication

      Cons

      PTO accrual is not the highest compared to other companies (but it's not bad), Benefits are expensive if you add your spouse,

      Large company provides excellent training, on-boarding, mentoring, and growth to move up.

      Cons

      Fast paced; processes change fast. You have to like change to work for any health care company.

      Pros

      I have worked in many different healthcare environments, and this by far has been my favorite company I have worked for. I enjoy working with my co-workers and management - great teamwork approach & focus on taking care of the patients. I feel that I have a great work/life balance here and more time for my family. All in all, I am very thankful for the opportunity to work for Guardian/Accentcare.
