Pros

Some of the staff are nice and caring. Was a great learning experience, enjoyed working with all types of people.

Cons

They gave information private clients, facilities, friends, etc., unprofessional. Some of them were bullies, gaslighters. Feel sorry people that are followers and can't make up their own decisions. Will never work at a company that will bully or mistreat me. They judged me because of personal matter, they don't know me. People have issues but don't take it out on others.

Pros

I liked the clients that I have had over they years that I have worked at AccentCare. You can chose to refuse or accept cases once you have seen them. Can take time off as needed

Cons

I have worked at AccentCare for almost 5 years. I have never received a raise. all my clients said nothing but good things. Recently suspended over a client accusation that was unproven. This client was not happy that I could not drive her or run errands for her. I assumed she did not like me for that. Client word taken over mine. Staff does not train nor communicate. You are just thrown into the situation. Alot of Care Partners have had no experience prior. Management never gives compliments only lectures. Bad Company. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Beware Empty Promises and NO Communication from Management

Pros

Started out fine, but VPs almost non existent until it is report time.

Cons

You are expected to know specifics without ever having been trained or asked, so much corporate level meetings, reports, expectations, the branches are the workhorses with no support. Bonuses are unattainable, you have to rely on (Medicaid) client surveys to make your numbers. No matching 401-k. Benefits high cost to you.
