      They are very nice to your face.

      Cons

      They purposely pay you less than you are owed and continually say that they will fix your hours but never do! They demand things beyond your positions scope simply to keep the client. If the client doesn't like you for numerous reasons, including how you look, they will make up a reason to get you fired from that client so that they can find a fitting replacement, in this example one that the client finds attractive, etc.

      It's a job and money. Field staff are on their own for the most part. Enjoy meeting new families

      When you quit make sure it's at the end of a pay period and they don't owe you anything else because they will screw you and you won't get it! I've worked in hospice care for 10 years and this is the worst company I've ever seen. Too much corporate BS and no compassion for staff let alone patients. Hired part time but worked full time hours with no benefits...corporate comes in and I worked 4 hrs a week...had to find other work to supplement income and then when they needed me and called at 10am and I said I'm not available...I was told I'm not flexible! Stay away from this place for employment!
