Pros

Thought I left my last job for a good company. Red flags when recruiter rushed me and NO on-boarding at all for new employees.

Cons

Director should be in another role, not this one. Too much turn over for me as a professional. HR experience was terrible.

Pros

It's a good stepping stone for something better.

Cons

Corporate just took away the paid time leave that was previously earned and lowered the number of sick days nurses are able to take. The pay is not competitive and thy will hire new nurses at better rates of pay than some employees that have went many years without one bit of a raise.

Pros

This company does a great job of integrating themselves into the community. The office staff was pretty nice and helpful as well.

Cons

Inconsistent hours. No benefits. You could be assigned to a case for a significant amount of time and suddenly be pulled without any reason. Some of the cases I was staffed on had absolutely nothing to do with my skill set. I was ill prepared quite a few times.
