Pros

Benefits are above average for this industry, I have worked in the In-Home Care field for 15-yrs and have the best paid time off than any other company. Health insurance is lacking but it is made up for with 401-K, dental, and vision. Growing company in a diverse industry from non-medical to skilled services throughout the US.

Cons

Great company to work for.

Hiring managers in Denver/Windsor, San Ramon/San Francisco, and Redding/Chico are very ethical, care about their staff, and do whatever is necessary for staff to have and maintain work/life balance.

Cons

During peak hiring seasons - scheduling can be a bit challenging. Hiring managers do everything they can to ensure strong candidate experience.
