Pros

You get to work one on one with clients as well as pick and choose your hours.

Cons

Sometimes you don't get many hours to choose from and the have had a pay freeze for the past 6 years at least. Some HHA are still at 8.00 and hour.

Pros

Large enough to have substantial infrastructure, but small enough to move quickly.

Cons

Still working through some of the hurdles of acquisitions, but huge improvements since Steve Rodgers became CEO
